The Brief

A logistics brief managing 12,000 employees through a customer training roadshow spread over 6 months on a 50% staff release basis.  Venues to be near AXA’s offices throughout the UK to also include full event management. 

The Solution

We sourced and secured venues, hotels, conference centres and semi-permanent structures close to all the office locations throughout the UK, which also included; easy road access, ample car parking, disabled access throughout, security and transfers.  Inclusive services encompassing:-

  • Delegate queries hotline number and dedicated e-mail
