The Brief
To provide an incentive destination and programme that would, through a tactical sales campaign, drive and inspire their sales force to achieve exceptional results for a quarterly reward. The destination required:-
- High end perception value
- Reflect the company brand values
- Five star hotel
- City
- Sunny location
- Maximum 3 hours flying time
- Leisure time for guests
The Solution
The Finishing Touch suggested three different destinations and programmes out of which Rome was the chosen option. The programme in Rome really provided a high value perception due to some of the activity and dinner elements being unavailable to an individual traveller.
Everything was organised and delivered by The Finishing Touch including pre-event attendee communication; online registration design and hosting; transportation, hotel arrangements; activities, all social elements and dinners as well as on-site management.
Programme highlights included:
